Abm Foolproof Maple Oat Bread For The R2 D2 Ingredients:

1/2 tbsp Yeast
1 1/2 cups Oats
3 cups Flour, bread
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Dough enhancer, optional
3 tbsp Oil
1 Eggs
1/2 cup Syrup, maple flavored
1 5/8 cups Water, warm

Abm Foolproof Maple Oat Bread For The R2 D2 Preparation:

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start.

In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 c.

Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia's comment: a heavy,
dense, easy to slice bread. A little "wet," otherwise great!
