1 large bell pepper, seeded, and
sliced into rings
1 large onion, sliced
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz), cut bite size
4 tbsp applesauce
Salt, to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to tast
1 tsp sugar
1 can whole potatoes -, (16 oz)
1 pinch oregano, or to taste

 

Back To Bataan Spam Preparation:

Put the shortening in a large skillet, add the bell pepper rings and
onion,
cooking until the onion is transparent. Add the rest of the ingredients
and
cook, covered, over medium heat for 16 to 18 minutes. Serve warm.
