Bran Bread Abm Recipe

Bran Bread Abm Ingredients:

1 1/8 cup Water
2 2/3 cup Bread flour
3/8 cup Wheat bran
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 tbsp Dry milk
1 tsp Active dry yeast

Bran Bread Abm Preparation:

Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order suggested by the
manufacturer and process on the basic bread cycle. 1-1/2 lb. loaf.

Deb's notes: Excellent! Light, fluffy. OK to substitute oat bran for
wheat bran.
