Broiled Skewered Lamb Recipe
Broiled Skewered Lamb Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless Lamb 4 Mushrooms, halved 4 Pearl Onions 1 medium Green Bell Pepper, cut up 1 tbsp Garlic, minced 1/8 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 1/8 tsp Thyme 1/8 tsp Savory 1/2 cup Red Wine
Broiled Skewered Lamb Preparation:
Trim excess fat from lamb; cut into 1" cubes. Combine lamb, mushrooms, and bell pepper in a large shallw dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over lamb mixture, and stir to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Thread lamb, mushrooms onion and bell pepper onto 4 metal skewers. Broil 4-6" from heat 12-16 minutes or until browned, turning and basting frequently with marinde.
