Butterscotch Bran Nut Squares Recipe
Butterscotch Bran Nut Squares Ingredients:
1/4 cup Shortening 1 cup Brown sugar 1 each Egg 1 cup Flour 1 tsp Baking powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 cup Nut meats 1/4 cup Bran
Butterscotch Bran Nut Squares Preparation:
Cream shortening. Add sugar and cream well. Add egg and beat. Add dry ingredients, nuts and bran. Spread in shallow pan, bake about 30 minutes, at 350 F. Cut into suqares and roll in confectioner's sugar.
