Cornflakes Bread Abm Recipe

Cornflakes Bread Abm Ingredients:

5 oz water
5 oz milk
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup ground corn flakes crumbs
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
3 tsp butter

Cornflakes Bread Abm Preparation:

It takes 2 1/4 cups corn flakes whirled in the blender to make 1 cup of
corn flakes crumbs.

I like the taste of toasted cereals in bread and often use ground up Rice
Krispies, corn flakes or puffed wheat for a portion of the flour.

Add the wet ingredients, flours and other dry ingredients in the order
suggested by the ABM manufacturer and add three dots of butter.

Set machine for white bread: medium crust.

"Public and private food in America has become eatable, here and there extremely good. Only the fried potatoes go unchanged, as deadly as before."
Luigi Barzini, 'O America' (1977)

"Enchant, stay beautiful and graceful, but do this, eat well. Bring the same consideration to the preparation of your food as you devote to your appearance. Let your dinner be a poem, like your dress."
Charles Pierre Monselet
