Crunchy Spam Sticks Recipe
Crunchy Spam Sticks Ingredients:
1 can Spam luncheon meat -, (12 oz) 1 egg 2 tbsp milk 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper 1 cup instant mashed potato flakes Ketchup
Crunchy Spam Sticks Preparation:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Slice Spam into 8 pieces; cut each slice in half lengthwise.
Beat together egg and milk. Combine flour and black pepper. Coat each Spam slice with flour mixture. Dip in milk mixture. Roll in potato flakes.
Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with ketchup.
