English Toasted Bread - Sourdough Abm Ingredients:


1 POUND LOAF

2 tsp Active dry yeast
2 1/4 cup Bread flour
2 tbsp Dry milk
1 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
5/8 cup Warm water
1/2 cup Sourdough starter
1 tbsp Canola oil
1 tsp Honey

11/2 POUND LOAF

1 package Active dry yeast
3 cup Bread flour
3 tbsp Dry milk
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
3/4 tsp Baking soda
7/8 cup Warm water
3/4 cup Sourdough starter
1 1/2 tbsp Canola oil
2 tsp Honey

 

English Toasted Bread - Sourdough Abm Preparation:

In a small cup combine warm water and baking soda and set aside for 5
minutes. Add dry ingredients to machine and then wet ingredients,
including baking soda-water mixture. Start machine using whole wheat
mode.
