Focaccia (Bread Machine Made) Recipe
Focaccia (Bread Machine Made) Ingredients:
--1 large-- 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 tsp salt 2/3 tsp basil, or rosemary 1 1/2 tsp sugar 2 1/4 cup bread flour 1 tsp yeast -Topping-- 1/8 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp basil, or rosemary 1 tsp sea salt, optional -2 small-- 2/3 cup water 2 tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/3 tsp salt 1 tsp basil, or rosemary 2 tsp sugar 3 cup bread flour 1 1/2 tsp yeast -Topping-- 1/8 tsp garlic powder 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp basil, or rosemary 1 1/2 tsp sea salt, optional
Focaccia (Bread Machine Made) Preparation:
Remove dough from machine and, using your fingers, press the dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Spread topping over dough and bake in a preheated 375F oven for about 30 minutes.
