Hawaiian Coleslaw Recipe
Hawaiian Coleslaw Ingredients:
4 cup shredded cabbage 1 can Mandarin Oranges, (11oz) drained 1 can Crushed Pineapple, (8oz) drained 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/2 tbsp salt 1/4 tbsp EACH-ground pepper, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg
Hawaiian Coleslaw Preparation:
Combine cabbage and fruits; toss gently and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 6 hours. Yield- 6 servings
In all of the recipes above, I use low-fat ingredients rather than full- fat...and they turn out GREAT!!
